The trail can be a bit wet in places and has some roots and stones but is generally in good condition. Take a fishing rod with you if you like – you will pass by many good fishing spots (licences can be bought per day). There is a wind shelter by the river one km after Millestgården.

The perfect hike for days when it is too windy to be up on the mountain. Start in Duved and walk to the running and skiing tracks, then due north along Mångån stream. Just before Lillmyren the trail crosses the stream and goes up to the gravel road via a steep and winding track. Before you get to the scout hut the trail takes a sharp turn to the right and the rest of the hike slopes gently downhill passing through mature forests and along babbling brooks. The last kilometer is along a sometimes wet and little used trail.

Sitting at the top in the early morning or late in the evening when the sun is going down is a wonderful experience. There is also a little wind shelter at the top. Hike both up and down via the ski slopes. The route follows trail 204 to start with but turns off towards the peak along trail 205.
